1. Promotions Management
Boost your product launch with pre-screening. Early sales are key to higher and better rankings, and sellers who run targeted promotions see more engagement and an increased chance of positive reviews. Create promotions in real time and limit the maximum number of units a single shopper can order to prevent promotion abuse so you can use our tools to make promotions as attractive as possible.
2. Sales Analytics
Measure your relevant sales and expenses to get concrete information for your future campaigns. Compare historical sales to organic sales for expenses and view costs including advertising, wages, shipping and inventory or other general expenses at the product level or for a specific time period. Drill down on specific product performance by product name, ASIN, or SKU to examine sale and revenue details, campaign performance, and supplier and shipping rates. View sales and profit data from a company perspective or from a multi-product dashboard. View sales volume, net profit, ROI, revenue and more.
3. Product Management
Mainly responsible for the upload and management of product SKU. We can collect titles, selling points, keywords, pictures, descriptions, etc. of public goods on domestic and foreign e-commerce platforms as needed. It can be operated in batches, uploaded to the online store, and can obtain orders through Amazon’s new product traffic exposure support.
4. Brand Analytics
Our brand analytics approach is based exclusively on Amazon-provided reporting and our own authorized brand data. We use policy-compliant insights to understand how customers discover, evaluate, purchase, and repurchase our products. These insights support informed decisions across product development, listing optimization, advertising, inventory planning, and customer experience improvement.
4.1 Customer Journey Analytics
Customer Journey Analytics provides visibility into how shoppers interact with our brand from discovery through to repeat purchase. It segments customers by behavior and tracks how each group progresses through the shopping journey. This helps us identify which touchpoints are most influential and where shoppers may drop off, allowing us to refine detail pages, adjust promotional strategies, and improve the overall shopping experience to drive higher conversion and long-term loyalty.
4.2 Customer Loyalty Analytics
Customer Loyalty Analytics reveals repeat purchase patterns and engagement trends for our brand. By understanding which customer segments return most frequently and what drives their loyalty, we can develop retention-focused initiatives within Amazon’s permitted programs—such as relevant product recommendations, eligible promotions, and enhanced post-purchase support—to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
4.3 Search Analytics
Search Analytics shows how shoppers discover and interact with our products through Amazon search. It provides performance data on impressions, clicks, add-to-cart activity, purchases, and search terms—all specific to our brand’s catalog. This enables us to evaluate which search queries drive meaningful traffic and which aspects of our listings need improvement.
4.3.1 Search Catalog Performance
Search Catalog Performance tracks customer engagement with our products during the search-to-purchase funnel, including impressions, clicks, cart adds, and conversions. We can see which products, categories, and search terms generate the most traction for our brand. This data guides improvements to product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, images, and advertising campaigns to boost both visibility and conversion rates.
4.3.2 Search Query Performance
Search Query Performance identifies the top search queries that lead shoppers to our brand’s products, along with our brand’s share of impressions, clicks, cart adds, and purchases for those queries. By analyzing this data, we can pinpoint high-value keywords, evaluate our competitive position for specific terms, and adjust advertising spend, listing content, and product positioning to capture more demand.
4.3.3 Top Search Terms
Top Search Terms provides a view of high-ranking search terms relevant to our brand and catalog over a selected period. For each term, we can see how our products perform relative to other products in the same category. This helps us detect shifts in customer interest, seasonal trends, and emerging opportunities within our product area. We use these insights to refine our keyword strategy, plan new product development, and allocate advertising budgets more effectively.
4.4 Consumer Behavior Analytics
Consumer Behavior Analytics focuses on shopping patterns relevant to our brand, including repeat purchase behavior, demographic profiles, and purchase combinations. These insights help us understand our customers’ needs and preferences without identifying individual shoppers, enabling more customer-centric decision-making across marketing, product, and service teams.
4.4.1 Repeat Purchase Behavior
Repeat Purchase Behavior shows which products and customer groups within our brand have the strongest repurchase potential. With this understanding, we can design compliant strategies such as multipacks, replenishment offers, product bundles, and targeted promotions for repeat-buyer segments to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
4.4.2 Customer Demographics
Customer Demographics provides aggregated demographic information about our brand’s buyers—including available age range, gender, household income, and other attributes—through Amazon’s reporting. This allows us to understand our core audience, identify underserved segments, and tailor brand messaging, advertising creative, and product positioning to resonate more effectively with our target customers.
4.4.3 Market Basket Analysis
Market Basket Analysis reveals which products from our catalog are most frequently purchased together, highlighting natural bundling and cross-sell opportunities. By understanding common purchase combinations, we can develop product bundles, cross-promotions, and strategic recommendations that increase average order value and enhance the customer shopping experience.
4.5 Compliance Statement
All analysis is performed using authorized, policy-compliant reporting that is specific exclusively to our own brand. We do not use non-Amazon methods to obtain Amazon data, do not resell Amazon data, do not provide access to Amazon data to any third party, do not aggregate data from multiple sellers, and do not offer services intended to influence customer ratings, reviews, or feedback. All insights are used solely to understand and improve our own product and brand performance.
