Drill down on specific product performance by product name, ASIN, or SKU to examine sale and revenue details, campaign performance, and supplier and shipping rates. View sales and profit data from a company perspective or from a multi-product dashboard. View sales volume, net profit, ROI, revenue and more.

(3) Product Management
Mainly responsible for the upload and management of product SKU. We can collect titles, selling points, keywords, pictures, descriptions, etc. of public goods on domestic and foreign e-commerce platforms as needed. It can be operated in batches, uploaded to the online store, and can obtain orders through Amazon’s new product traffic exposure support.
(4) Brand Analytics
Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) is an exclusive, free tool provided by Amazon to sellers who are enrolled in the Amazon Brand Registry program. It offers valuable, first-party data directly from Amazon’s platform to help sellers make informed, data-driven decisions. Its main features include: Amazon Search Terms Report, Market Basket Analysis, Item Comparison and Alternative Purchase Report, Demographics Report.

(5) Amazon Logistics
Amazon Logistics’ key functional areas include: Fulfillment and Warehouse Management: The Warehouse Management System (WMS) coordinates the entire logistics process, from receiving inventory at fulfillment centers to shipping to customers. Recently, they have focused on developing new logistics APIs, such as the enhanced “Send to Amazon” API, which provides sellers creating inbound shipments with greater flexibility and efficiency.
Shipping and Delivery Calculations: This includes maintaining a platform that calculates global customer shipping eligibility, options, and fees. The architecture of these services is designed to handle the complex calculations for billions of items, processing approximately 2 billion transactions per hour, and publishing the results to all Amazon marketplaces.
(6) Sustainability Certification
Certification Platform and Integration: Developers are responsible for creating and managing the overall Sustainability Certification platform. This platform needs to integrate seamlessly with seller tools (such as the Sustainability Solutions Center), enabling sellers to register products, track their certification status, and view reports. A key technical challenge is designing a system that can accurately and automatically determine whether a product meets various certification qualifications based on predefined category thresholds.
Seller Empowerment and Tools: This role is responsible for building intuitive and easy-to-use tools and APIs to help sellers smoothly complete the certification process. This includes developing product data submission functionality, connecting with a network of sustainability-related service providers, and providing training resources to design more sustainable products.
